Delivery

Most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so you will receive the package in your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left to advise you on how and where your parcel can be collected.

Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to an issue such as an incorrect address or the absence of the recipient, or if the customer refuses the package, the package will be returned to us at the customer's expense. This includes shipping costs and any additional charges the package may incur. These costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Please note that we cannot refund or replace items that are marked as delivered. We always recommend having your items delivered to a secure address.
